Our Bethel Orthopaedic BioBank has reached an incredible milestone: 400 total patients and 15,000 total specimens! Those are the updated stats from this past week and we couldn’t be more thrilled.

These numbers are the result of more than 18 months of work, averaging 22 cases and 830 specimens per month. We’d like to send a huge shout out to the team at the Pittsburgh BioSpecimen Core labs as well as all of our own BMRC BioBank team. This could not have been achieved without your efforts.

Together we are building an amazing resource for researchers worldwide to use in their studies and make breakthroughs in the way we treat and cure orthopaedic diseases.
